Jaburg Wilk attorney, David Gingras, arrested for sexual molestation in San Francisco while in law school and sent back to Arizona to face charges. Darren Chaker was able to obtain records about the www.RipoffReport.com through the California Public Records Act. Despite the arrest, and fact Jaburg Wilk has a family law practice, where children would frequent the firm, it still hired Arizona Attorney David Gingras! See the polygraph report of the victim here.
